All in all everything was modern, had a really really nice stay during our holidays since 2018. The staff was flexible, dedicated. Comforts of double room were fabulous - a flat-screen TV, a kitchen area and a safe. The breakfast was free and plentiful for what was on offer with Arabic cuisines and fresh omelette, as example.

We had a double room to ourselves with 2 bathrooms, shower, a balcony. The service was great, including a delicious and amazing breakfast with omelette chef to cook fresh omelette to order and sufficient options for everyone and fresh omelette.

excellent location for both taking taxi at the door of the hotel oncaninar a few meters to the train station and in a few stops get to the center and visit places like the Dubai Mall or financial center, Burj Khalifa etc, there are many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and souk of Gold and species is also very close, we stayed in the presidential suite of the hotel, overlooking the city and Burj Khalifa in the distance, highly recommended and excellent price, 10 minutes from the airport by taxi or you can take the train also as 2 stops nearby

Breakfast acceptable, with both Western and local options. Cheese, fruit, eggs and omelettes. The friendly staff. right wifi for both working and watching movies on netflix. I couldn't talk or FaceTime over wifi and receptionist gave me tips on what to do to talk (FaceTime only with 3G). nice pool.

The hotel needs to be renovated, it's quite clean but you can see the years in the furniture. I had ordered a pick-up service on arrival at the airport and they called me that their car had broken down and I had to take a taxi, I think they should have reacted differently and sent someone to pick me up. I wish they had fresh bread, the mini rolls are chewy, the chapatti are also very dry
